A life without a Purpose is like a car without a wheel. At mag uumpisang magdrawing??

There’s a lot of provinces near Manila offering a beautiful and budget friendly Tourist Spots. One of it is Rizal. Here are some of the Tourist Spots that you can visit in Rizal:

Antipolo is steep in myths and legends. And high above its hills is a place where folklore and reality cohabit the Pinto Art Museum. The museum is a home to Philippine contemporary art and a shelter for artists from all walks of life. The building itself is architecturally charming: it’s clean white structure and exterior chairs are reminiscent of Greek architecture. The museum is situated in the Silangan Gardens, a two-hectare garden complex that is home to birds and high above its hills is a place where folklore and reality cohabit the Pinto Art Museum. The museum is a home to Philippine contemporary art and a shelter for artists from all walks of life.
Perched on a verdant land of 1.3 hectares is an art paradise. Yes, Pinto Art Museum, located at No. 1 Sierra Madre Street in Antipolo City, is a destination that needs to be discovered and rediscovered because it is a repository of Philippine culture and heritage as seen through a thousand and one artworks on display. You enter the museum and an antique pinto (door) with an old little bell above it welcomes you.

Upon entry, statues made alternately of bricks and other materials accompany you immediately to your excursion. In this beautiful contemporary art space are several art galleries in open-air Mediterranean-inspired villas, shrouded by well-maintained gardens and landscaped greens.
The artworks on display are from the massive collections of Dr. Joven Cuanang, owner of the Pinto Art Museum. He started collecting wooden art when he was still a young boy.

Right beside the gallery is the Rizal Café that serves pastas, sandwiches and desserts. Among our favorites are the signature burger, tamarind shake, and the vongole pasta.
The fruit trees and hardwood abundant in the open patches of the museum calm your senses as you begin to explore every nook and cranny of this art paradise. The excitement of a new discovery begins with the narrow arched entrance that welcomes you into the gallery.

This fantastic museum in Antipolo, in the hills just east of Metro Manila, showcases some of the Philippines’ best contemporary artists. There are six impressive galleries, outdoor art installations, and an indigenous arts wing where you can get an authentic Kalinga (North Luzon) tattoo. The beautifully landscaped grounds, with sweeping views of smog-choked Manila, are a welcome escape from the urban madness. Figure on P450 each way for a taxi from Makati (50 minutes). Alternatively, take an Antipolo- or Tanay-bound jeepney or public van from SM Megamall in Ortigas. Get off at the Ynares Center and take a short tricycle ride or walk 1km to the museum.

Plan on having lunch at the superb Cafe Rizal(mains P200 to P300) on the museum grounds. The road leading out to Antipolo is lined with shops and sunset-facing restobars offering beer buckets and impressive panoramas of Manila.

If you want to see the sea of clouds in Sagada but you do not have a lot of time and budget, Treasure Mountain is a great substitute. Treasure Mountain is located at Tanay, Rizal, great for hiking, trekking and camping.

If you want to see the 360° view of the City, you should visit Cloud 9 Hotel and Resort. Great for a weekend staycation because they have rooms to stay and a swimming pool for your events.

Rizal has so much to offer with it tourists. It has a lot of variety of Tourists Spots you can choose from. Come and visit Rizal to experience the province vibe and the freshness of air. Mabuhay Rizal.

Priceless❤

People always say, “It’s hard to find someone who’ll love you unconditionally and will stay with you through good and bad”

But i think I’m lucky enough to have met them early in this life. Good friends with good foods ❤ much blessed.

Ever since Senior highschool started me and my bestfriends has limited time to see each other so we planned our meeting every weekends and our goal was to try new foods around and outside Malabon we’ve visited alot of Cafè’s near Malabon and Caloocan but these are the best cafès so far so if you want to try affordable foods with fancy and comfortable place where you can talk for hours you must go to Malabon and enjoy. ❤💯

These are my bestfriends. Been with them through everything and i can’t afford losing them.

MALIGO,
AT MAGBIHIS.
Taas-Baba and kanilang mata,
Sasabihin agad “Siguradong bayaran siyang babae”,

We are fond of exchanging “I LOVE YOU’s”

But why is that quarreling for us is not new
Everyday is a battle between me and you

Were like dogs and cats on the view

Sometimes fighting turned to be our hobby

But inspite of this, I’m very lucky

Cause even if I’m the one who started it honey,

You’re the first one who says “I’m sorry”

I always pray with a candle light

If we can’t complete a week without a fight

I wish I can complete the rest of my life

With you all by my side, If its alright.

Through The Dark

Time is running, water is flawing, the earth is revolving and the sun is rising. Everything are continuously going. Time past, waters flows, earth revolves and sun arose. Days come with it’s shining sun. But, days are not all sunny, there are rainy days too. During those rainy days, a lot of people are carrying their bundles of difficulty. Rare we see people inexperienced from the perplexity and vexation of being drown into the pool of struggles. As a matter of fact, life is a matter of conquering a lot of given challenges, struggles, troubles, difficulties, battles, frays, suffering and problems. That’s why, how can a man go through difficulties in life?

Facing and accepting challenges with all your heart is a way to succeed. Failure may still be encounter at a thousand step a man takes. Yet, success hide behind the next. If you fail again, just take another, and if that is of no avail, just take another and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult. What i am proud to be a Filipino. Is that, behind those failure and challenges they can still put an arching firm smile on their faces. They failed a fight then left the battle smiling. You can still see them smile, laugh and giggling over problems. If i would think of it, it is a mere craziness, it is too contrasting right? They laugh because they are long for suffering, not because they want to escape. They can see things others can’t that is worth smiling. And that is the opportunity to learn. It is more lovely to play under the rain rather than running over to hide on other’s roof. That’s what i love on being a Filipino.

Crying Sky

The Sky Cries too
The rain will come and come, we just need to be prepared

It’s getting dark, the clouds are forming.

Yet a single report wasn’t seen.

Why is the sky so dark now?

It’s not just some rain.

It cant be a storm.

Then one drop fell down, then another and another.

Until it rained.

Why is it pouring so hard?

Why wont it stop?

I’ve pulled out my umbrella yet its no use

Strong winds suddenly appeared.

Then my umbrella flew as the winds go by.

And there I was in the middle of the rain, looking up seeing the sky as it cries.

I asked.

Why are you crying?…..

…..

There was no response so i asked again.

What happened?……

………

Still no answer, I asked again.

Why now?…..

……. I don’t know …….

It’s response.

Then I said

Why are you telling me you don’t know? ……So your just crying to get peoples attention?

……………

Then the rain poured harder as the winds blow stronger.

Stop!!…. I order you to stop!….. Stop this nonsense!

What do you want from me!..

…Please.. tell me….

It got even stronger and stronger until I saw myself crying from the reflection of the puddle where I was standing.

Damn it!.. Why can’t you just once listen to me you don’t need to cry like that, if you just listen to me!

You’re not the only one who’s affected here!……… So just listen to me for once please! please…… We’ll get through this.

then it said.

…. You promise?…

I promise……

The sky started to clear as the winds weakened.

Me still standing soaked from the rain looked to the sky.

Let’s take it slowly…. okay? you’ll be fine.

Then i walked home with a smile.

“life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass.. It’s about learning to dance in the rain” – Vivian Greene

May dalang magandang karanasan
Wastong usapan ang lahat ay masisiwalat

Ngunit ang ating Wika’y tila nakakaligtaan
Ng mga henerasyon na patuloy na nagdadaan
Mas tinatangkilik ang Banyagang di natin kinagisnan
Na patuloy nilalamon ang ating isipan

Sa modernong panahon, wag kalilimutan
Ang wika, kulltura’t pagkakakilanlan
Ito ay parte ng ating kasaysayan
Ang humulma sa ating katauhan

Sa aking kapwa kabataan
Ang Wikang Filipino’y pagkatandaan
Sa ibang lenggwahe ay wag magpadarang
Pahalagahan at pagyamanin ang Lupang Hinirang

A Baka Da

“A Baka Da”

(By: Kyla Denisse Diaz)

Masayang kapaligiran noon ating nadatnan
Malinis na tubig sa karagatan
Malawak na ektarya sa mga kapatagan
A Baka Da…hil ito ay kayamanan kaya ating iniingatan

Lumipas na ang henerasyon, maraming nagbago
Kapatagan ay biglang naglaho
Mga tubig na lumalabo
A Baka Da… hil nakalimutan na natin alagaan ang ating kalikasan

Usok don, polusyon dito

A Baka Da…
A Baka Da…
A Baka Da…

Beyond the game.

“Basketball is a way of life… If you love the game, nobody can take that away from you.”

-Michael Jordan

Life’s like a basketball court, there are alot of ups and downs with two ends of everything. Life’s like a freethrow shot in basketball, sometimes you make it or sometimes you don’t. Life’s like an NBA playoff series, you’re not lucky all the time. Life’s like a basketball game, sometimes it’ll make you excited, happy or sometimes it’ll make you cry. Life’s like playing basketball, sometimes you lose but most of the time, you learn. But the best thing I’ve learned through my entire life, Basketball isn’t just a sport, he’s my friend and my life. That is what The Game has taught me.

Basketball was introduced to me when I was just a little boy. At first, I’ve found it boring just like any other sports. I don’t give any damn sh*ts about this game, I was just like sitting in the corner of my room while watching my favorite movies. I was on 2nd grade when my parents forced me to study in province and to live with my grandparents and with my uncles. There, I’m all alone, the only friend i had was a volleyball. I’m bored every time, I don’t even know what to do, I’m all alone in a different place. Just to make myself awake every time, I used to dribble the volleyball beside me, pretend that it is a basketball and shoots it in a rim that was made up of wire, I played with no shoes on and expensive basketball accessories, just dedication and dreams suited up my entire body. That time, I knew one thing was real, this game is everything.

images

I continuously played basketball with my uncle’s volleyball, not on a wire rim no more but on a real rim on a real basketball court. There, I’ve learned how to dribble the ball, how to shoot it, how to use it as a source of my strength and dedication and how to love it like it’s my own. Because of that, I gained so many friends and even foes, we shared our times together while playing the game we all love, we grew up to be an aspiring basketballers and we never thought that this game will change our life, forever.

Until now, basketball has been part of my life, or should I say, “Basketball is my life.”

To be honest, i don’t feel alone every time, knowing that i have a friend of mine that will never leave me through good and bad times. I’ve been on my most difficult times in my life but basketball has become my light and my guidance towards the door to greatness. When my father died back in 2017, I’ve felt like i want to die too but I remembered the day before he died, He eventually watched me play and I can totally see in his face the pride and positivity. I know He wants me to become a successful basketball player in the near future and I don’t want to disappoint him anyway. I’m still sticking with this sport because I just want to take care of my Father’s honor and for the game that we both love.

Many years have passed since it was introduced to me, many games have played, many game-winning shots were missed, many parts of the body were damaged by some gruesome  injuries, many dreams were captured, many people were amazed, many people were disappointed, many times I fell down, many times I learned, many times I lost, many times i cried, but still, basketball is my life, my brother and no one could ever break our bond. Basketball has been my happiness and my key to escape life’s challenges, it has been my motivation and my source of dedication. Basketball has become my armor and weapon to put all the negativities out of my life. Basketball has become my bridge to success. Basketball has become my greatest teacher and my bestest friend; and most of all beyond the game,

BASKETBALL HAS BECOME MY LIFE.
